Usage

P-1 - self-leveling mixture on the basis of cement with inert inorganic fillers and polymer modifiers for leveling of horizontal bases under various coverings - tile, parquet, linoleum, carpet, laminate and others. Designed for operation with moderate mechanical loads. P-1 can be used for warm floors. For external and internal works.

preparing basis

The base should be solid, even, dust-free, residual paint and grease. Places of possible leakage (technological openings, gaps) to close carefully. Approximately 4 hours prior to application, it is mandatory to treat the primer with the primer G-1 according to the instructions.

preparing

Gradually pour the mixture into a vessel with a measured amount of pure water with simultaneous mechanical (at low speeds) or manual mixing until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Stand for 5 minutes and mix again. Overdose is not allowed!

The mortar mixture is poured on the basis of strips 50-60 cm, starting from the farthest wall from the entrance. Use a wide spatula or grater to deploy the mortar to a given thickness.
After each second or third strip, cast the surface to roll the needle roller with a needle height of at least 30 mm. On areas more than 20 m2 it is necessary to arrange compensatory seams or to repeat the same sutures on a basis. Before solidifying the mortar mixture, protect the surface from rapid and uneven drying (drag, heating, etc.).
After 24 hours, the surface is suitable for technological travel. Ceramic tile can be laid out in 3 days. Painting and other types of coatings - after a complete drying of the surface (about 7 days).
The technical characteristics of the mixture and the recommendations for use were determined under standard conditions (t = 20 ° С, humidity 65%) and in real conditions may vary.
The manufacturer guarantees the conformity of the products with the declared technical characteristics, subject to the rules of transportation, storage and compliance with this instruction.
The manufacturer does not bear responsibility for the unauthorized use of the material.
