preparing basis

Preparation of the base to be performed in accordance with the requirements of DBN B.2.6-22-2001 and DSTU-N B A.3.1-23: 2013. The base should be strong, even, cleaned of dust, dirt, residual paints, oils, etc. Remove the plaster that is lagging behind the base. Clean the surface of the wall with or without plaster by mechanical means, for example, using a wire brush and wash with water under pressure. Gluing heat insulation boards

On the rest of the plate surface 50 × 100 cm lay 3-4 buckets of glue. Plates should be glued not less than 50% of their surface area. Extruded foam plates pre-treated with rough sandpaper to provide roughness. To change the glue apply to the entire surface of the slab, pre-lubricating it to ensure a reliable grip. After applying the glue, the plate should be applied to the wall to the designated place and pressed to obtain an equal plane with adjoining slabs. Remove excess glue - there should be no residue on the ends. Heat insulation boards stick with spill threads. Mechanical fastening and performance of waterproofing cover should be carried out not earlier than 3 days after sticking of plates.

Implementation of a waterproof reinforced layer

Apply glue to the surface of the plate using a spatula with equal edges with continuous stripes on the width of the reinforcing mesh. Spatula with teeth 10 × 10 mm to align the thickness of the layer of glue. Using a spatula with an even edge, squeeze the net and evenly shuffle. The mesh should be completely recessed in glue, evenly stretched, without folds and blistering. Overlapping adjacent strips of the grid should be at least 10 cm. The thickness of the resulting coating - 3-4 mm. The application of decorative plaster should be carried out not earlier than three days after the implementation of the waterproofing layer.

When performing assembly, reinforcement and finishing work, it is necessary to cover the facade with a protective grid for protection from direct sunlight, wind and rain, and in windy or hot weather periodically (at least 3 times in 12 hours), to further moisten the applied coatings. The temperature of the air, the substrate and the materials used must be in the range from + 5 ° C to + 30 ° C.

The technical characteristics of the mixture and the recommendations for use were determined under standard conditions (t = 20 ° С, humidity 65%) and in real conditions may change.
